The payment service provider carries out a risk assessment after you have selected purchase on account. This may involve obtaining credit information from various credit agencies. This is done in real time. If you do not pass this check, you will be informed of this when you place your order. Aloe-Vera Cosmetic Tratz GmbH has no influence on this decision. You will receive a separate payment receipt with the bank details of the payment provider (PayPal).

PAYMENT BY INVOICE (Klarna)
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer payment by invoice as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Invoice is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.
Invoice: When buying on account with Klarna you always get the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days.
The use of the payment method invoice requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit assessment as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. 1. WHAT SHOULD I DO AS A BUYER IF I HAVE MISTAKENLY TRANSFERRED THE INVOICE AMOUNT TO THE SELLER’S BANK ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
If you have transferred the invoice amount to our bank account by mistake, please contact us (Tel: 08803-636060 or EMail to: info@aloe-vera-cosmetic.de) and we will transfer the money back to you. We then ask you to make another transfer to the bank account of Paypal. You can find the account information in the emails from Paypal to the order.
Please also contact the PayPal customer service, so that a possibly started reminder procedure is stopped.
