The delivery time for your order is 3-5 working days.

1. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. By participating in raffles/raffles, the user accepts these conditions of participation.

8. The Aloe-Vera Natur-Cosmetic Tratz GmbH is entitled to exclude participants who are suspected of violating the conditions of participation or who are otherwise manipulated from participation in the lottery/raffle and, if necessary, to subsequently withdraw and reclaim prizes.
9. The Aloe-Vera Natur-Cosmetic Tratz GmbH reserves the right to make changes to the profits in their concrete form.
10. The Aloe-Vera Natur-Cosmetic Tratz GmbH reserves itself the right to suspend or stop the raffle completely or occasionally.
11. Legal recourse is excluded.
